Privacy Policy
ASL LLC operates the Colorado SOMB Complaint Access Line and ASL Colorado License & Complaint Access. These services help people prepare, receive, and, when authorized, submit complaints through a telephone-accessible process.
Information we process
We may temporarily process contact details, call transcripts, complaint facts, provider and license information, supporting documents, filing authorizations, document-delivery choices, and agency confirmation information. Complaint content may include sensitive health, treatment, legal, or supervision information.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate the requested complaint-assistance service: identify the correct provider or licensee, prepare documents, deliver approved documents, receive evidence, support caller-authorized filing, provide case updates, maintain security, and produce non-caller-identifying service statistics.
Text-message privacy
Text-message consent is optional and is not required to use the complaint service. Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in records, and consent are used only for the case-related messages the caller requested. We do not sell mobile information or use it for marketing.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Service providers that transmit or secure messages and documents may process only the information needed to perform those services for ASL LLC. Once a message or PDF reaches a caller’s device, mobile carrier, email account, or authorized recipient, ASL LLC cannot remove that recipient-controlled copy.
Retention and security
Complaint documents, transcripts, and evidence are encrypted while needed. The standard design deletes sensitive working content after filing or delivery and a short retry period. A minimal audit record and non-caller-identifying statistics may remain. ASL LLC uses access controls, encryption, logging, malware checks, and deletion procedures appropriate to the sensitivity of the material.
Choices and contact
Callers may decline text messages, choose email-only delivery, decline filing, or ask to stop future case-status messages. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. For assistance, call (844) 932-0881.
