Callers choose whether ASL LLC may send complaint documents and case updates by text. Text-message consent is optional, is collected separately from filing authorization, and is not required to use the telephone complaint service.

Caller requests complaint assistance

The caller phones ASL LLC’s Colorado SOMB Complaint Access Line at (844) 932-0881. The complaint intake and email delivery remain available whether or not the caller agrees to text messages.

ASL reads the complete text-message disclosure

“Would you like to receive your complaint PDF, call transcript, filing receipt, and case-status updates by text message from ASL LLC at the telephone number used for this call? Message frequency varies by case, typically two to eight messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Text-message consent is optional and is not required to use this complaint service. The Privacy Policy and SMS Terms are available on the service website.”

No selection is pre-checked, assumed, or bundled with complaint filing authorization.

Messages may include secure complaint PDFs, transcripts, filing receipts, evidence-delivery acknowledgments, and case-status updates. ASL LLC does not send marketing messages through this program.
