Need help preparing a SOMB complaint?
The complaint-assistance service helps document the conduct, identify possible standards that may apply, prepare complaint materials, and preserve filing status accurately. It does not decide whether a violation occurred.
Telephone assistance fee: ASL charges $5 for the voice-only complaint preparation and filing-assistance process. A credit or debit card is required. This is not a SOMB fee; SOMB also accepts complaints directly without the ASL fee. The completed complaint is emailed, and text delivery is optional after separate consent.
If your call drops after you pay: call back from the same telephone number and the service will recognize your payment — you will not be charged a second time, and your complaint can start again at no additional cost. If you must call back from a different telephone number, email support@autosecurelogin.com from your own email address, include the telephone number you originally called from, and ASL support will help you finish without paying again. Never include card numbers in email.
