Detailed records are temporary
Complaint details, transcripts, and evidence are encrypted while they are needed. The planned retention process deletes sensitive content after filing and delivery, while preserving limited non-identifying provider and service statistics.
Independent assistance
This service is operated by ASL LLC. It is not the Colorado Sex Offender Management Board and does not determine whether a standard was violated. The Board makes that determination.
